A 10-week intensive virtual program that ran from March until August 2021 and consisted of 33 participants with most sessions co-hosted by a local expert in the field.
With the support of the Regional Program of Gulf States at Konrad Adenauer Stiftung, Ibtkar held an in-house training program on “Political Leadership and Campaign Management” with 25 male and female participants in Kuwait.
Ibtkar’s Women: Dialogue and Leadership program took place in Kuwait and in Berlin, Germany with 10 participants.

Qatar University and Al-Salam Center Kuwait, May and Dec 2015 : contributed in covering regional topics, overseeing student’s work and designing curriculum for the workshop for 22 political science PhDs.
Env Kuwait, January-March 2015: oversaw the training of 8 aspiring civil society organisations in Kuwait, covering fields from grant writing to fundraising and coalition building.
NDI program for mentoring young women, Kuwait, 2012/2013: mentoring and overseeing the output of a year-long young women’s empowerment project that culminated in a short video campaign for custody rights.
